Mr. Barnett is a May, 2000, online graduate of George Washington University (GWU) in Washington, D.C.  His degree conferred is a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development with a specialization in Educational Technology Leadership (ETL).  The ETL program is designed to prepare professionals for technology leadership roles in corporations, foundations, governments, schools, and higher education institutions.  The ETL program at GWU is the first Educational Technology oriented Master of Arts program delivered at a distance in the United States.
